The front of the rectangular, solid wood headboard is adorned with three, padded, African style shields, and each shield is covered with a different type of simulated, animal print, full grain leather. From left to right, the shields are covered with simulated giraffe, zebra, and leopard print leather. The headboard is framed with solid wood, fluted uprights, and each upright has a hand forged, iron ring on its side. The footboard is built into a bench and the top of the bench is adorned with a hand forged, iron bar. The bench has a wide, rectangular seat back, and it features three, square, solid wood panels on its front. Each panel is adorned with hand carved, geometric designs, and each panel is separated by solid wood uprights. The seat back is framed on each side with robust, solid wood uprights. The top of the padded seat is upholstered with dark brown, full grain leather, and the front and the sides of the seat are upholstered with simulated, zebra print, full grain leather. The front and the lateral sides of the base of the bench are adorned with hand carved, geometric designs. The upholstery is hand tacked to the frame with beautiful, gilt nails, and the junctions of the upholstery are double stitched together for extra strength and durability. The bench rest on hand turned, tapered feet. The bed has solid wood, side supports, and it has an antique finish. It is made with the best, sustainable, solid wood available, and it is 100% customizable.
