Approval Before We Build
Your agreement to our Terms & Conditions at checkout serves as your formal approval to begin production. Once confirmed, our artisans begin crafting your piece to the exact specifications outlined in your order. Any changes requested after this point may extend lead times and result in additional costs.
Lead Times That Honor the Craft
Our process takes time—and we refuse to cut corners. Lead times vary based on design complexity, material sourcing, and artisan scheduling. We’ll provide an estimated completion date and keep you informed if there are any changes. We take the approach of communicating with you at key points only—upon receipt of your order, with your tentative completion date, when your piece ships, and if there are any changes to your original order details or schedule. We do not intend to fill your inbox with play-by-play updates, but we’re happy to provide additional progress updates upon request. We value a balanced approach to communication—keeping you informed without overwhelming you.
True-to-Life, Not Identical
Our photos show the style and spirit of each design, but your piece will be uniquely yours. Lighting, screens, and natural variation in materials will create differences that make your furniture one of a kind.
Care for a Lifetime
We want your furniture to last for decades. Each order comes with tailored care instructions, and for certain finishes, we provide a complimentary care kit with wax, stain, and tools. A few simple habits—dusting with a dry cloth, avoiding liquids, and protecting from direct sunlight—will help preserve its beauty.
Shipping & Handling with Care
We coordinate shipping carefully, but if your piece arrives with damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We’ll inspect and determine the best solution for repair or replacement.

DELIVERY METHODS
- White-Glove Delivery: Our standard for large or delicate items. Your furniture will be delivered into your home, placed in the room of your choice, and debris removed upon request.
For clients near our Showroom, we offer convenient options to make receiving your order simple:
- In-Store Pickup: In-Stock items may be picked up directly from our Showroom at no charge. For custom items shipped to our Showroom for pickup, a flat fee will be applied.
- Local Delivery: Within a defined radius, we offer local delivery at a flat rate. This service ensures your piece is transported safely and efficiently without the need for third-party carriers.
International Shipping
- We are proud to serve clients worldwide.
- Customs duties, import fees, and international freight costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Indian Creek provides necessary documentation and partners with trusted international carriers for a smooth process, but these shipments require verbal communication and authorization with our customer support staff. For international shipments, please call (928) 231-3727 and a member of our team will be happy to assist.
Inspection at Delivery
- Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you see visible damage to the packaging or item, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
- For concealed damage discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve appropriately.
Damages & Liability
- If a manufacturing defect or damage occurs while your piece is in our possession, Indian Creek assumes full responsibility and will provide options for resolution.
- Once your order has shipped, liability for safe transit transfers to the carrier. However, we will work alongside you and the carrier to resolve any claims quickly and fairly.
Storage & Delayed Delivery
- If you are unable to accept delivery when your order is ready to ship, we can arrange secure storage for a limited time. Storage fees may apply depending on duration.
- We encourage clients to notify us of potential delivery delays as early as possible so we can make accommodations.
Final Sale on Custom Orders
Every furniture piece offered on our website is considered a custom product—crafted to order, tailored in finish, and built by hand. As such, all sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once the order has been placed, except in cases of confirmed shipping damage or a verified manufacturing defect. While these instances are rare, we will never pass liability for our own manufacturing defect or damage incurred while a piece is in our possession to the client. In such cases, we will take full responsibility to repair or replace the item as appropriate.

We don't hide behind fine print or shift blame - we believe in plain talk and fair solutions. While handcrafted custom pieces are not eligible for return, we stand by our work and by our word. If a problem arises, we will address it respectfully and head-on, working with you toward a solution that honors both our craft and your trust.
Custom Furniture
Every piece from Indian Creek is custom crafted, made to order, and considered a final sale. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.
This policy applies to inventory available at our Showroom and Distribution Warehouses.
We recognize the responsibility that comes with this policy. If a verified manufacturing defect or damage occurs while your piece is still in our possession, Indian Creek will take full responsibility to provide appropriate remediation.
Accessories & Home Decor Accents
Items such as decor, textiles, and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 7 days, if unused and in original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
