Every home and every story is unique—your furnishings should be no exception. At Indian Creek, we welcome custom requests that allow you to tailor scale, finish, materials, and detailing to reflect your individual vision. From hand-tooled leather and hammered copper to bespoke dimensions and heirloom finishes, our artisans work with precision to bring your ideas to life.

Because customizations require additional collaboration and craftsmanship, lead times and pricing may vary. Our team will guide you through each step, ensuring that the final piece is not only a reflection of your style, but also an heirloom-quality creation worthy of carrying forward for generations.

Each Indian Creek piece is individually crafted to order, honoring the traditions of true artisanship. Standard production requires an estimated 10–12 weeks, though lead times may shift based on the degree of customization and the availability of premium materials.

If ordering multiple pieces, please note that while we do our best to group your items together in the same shipment, some circumstances require that your order have split shipment and delivery dates.

Once your piece has been completed in our workshop, please allow approximately 14–21 days for delivery. Shipping times may vary based on location and may extend in certain circumstances, such as rural routes, multi-story residences, or other unique delivery conditions.

If you anticipate special considerations with your order, we kindly ask that you note these details in the “Notes” section at checkout or contact our Showroom at (928) 231-3727. Our team will see that these details are carefully noted to provide a seamless delivery.

At Indian Creek, we curate only the finest materials, many of which are limited in nature or sourced from specialty artisans. On occasion, a fabric, finish, or component may become temporarily unavailable or discontinued altogether. Should this occur during your order, our team will work directly with you to present thoughtfully selected alternatives that honor the original design intent and uphold our standard of craftsmanship.
