RETURNS

RETURN WINDOW

  • Returns are valid within 30 days of the purchase date.

CONDITION

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging (if applicable).
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for refund.

EXCLUSIONS & FINAL SALES

  • Fragrances, gift cards, and any items marked “Final Sale” at checkout are non-returnable.

SHIPPING & REFUNDS

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client — please include your packing slip and reason for the return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receipt, though your bank/credit card provider may take longer to post the funds.

Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through our website (www.indiancreekaz.com). Purchases made in-store or via third parties must follow those channels’ policies.

Exchanges

Exchange Window

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of the purchase date, for the same style in a different size (pending availability).

How to Exchange

  • Submit an exchange request through our Returns/Exchange portal (or contact Customer Service).
  • Select the desired size of the same style.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client — please include your packing slip / order receipt.
  • Once received and inspected, we will ship the new size to you.

Style Changes

  • Exchanges for different styles are not supported. If you would like a different style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please open an exchange request and upload photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost. For hats or other special-handling items, please contact our team directly for assistance.

Exchange Shipping Timing

  • Exchanged items will ship once we confirm return pickup or receipt of your original item.
