At Indian Creek, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated apparel collections. A portion of our collections are seasonal and crafted in limited quantities. These pieces are not always eligible for reorder once they'be sold through. For this reason, we encourage clients to secure items listed on our website while they are available, as future availability cannot always be guaranteed.

The rarity of select products within our curated collections is part of what makes them special - each piece is selected by hand to bring a sense of distinction and individuality to your wardrobe. When you find a piece that speaks to you, we invite you to make it yours before it's gone.

Items currently available in our Showroom are processed promptly. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within a few business days and, in most cases leave our Showroom sooner than supplier stocked items.

In the event that your particular size or product is unavailable within our Showroom inventory, items will be shipped directly or through our ordering channels. Lead times for these items may vary depending on the supplier's schedule and shipping methods. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, processing and delivery times may extend beyond Showroom orders.

Despite our best efforts, inventory counts are not always communicated in real time by every supplier. Should an item become unavailable at both our Showroom and the supplier, we will:

• Contact you directly by phone or email to inform you of the situation
• Process a full refund to your original payment method
• Provide assistance with selecting an alternative item (if you wish)
